I am a former human resources vice president with over 25 years in the field.  I have seen my share of managers who are not ‘clued in,’ stressed out or in over their heads.  Not to mention employees who are in the wrong department, the wrong job or the wrong frame of mind.

I focus on the common organizational issues my clients call about every day.  Dubbed by a client many years ago as “The Corporate Nanny™,” my philosophies on a successful workplace are short on theory and long on practice. I never preach, scold or lecture — but instead, illustrate points with stories taken from my years as a corporate consultant and human resources professional.

Now, I travel the country as “The Corporate Nanny™,” offering employees at all levels proven, real-world advice they can apply immediately to solve their own, and their organization’s problems.
